Using pigments that aren’t Neon!

In this video, we are going to use pigments that aren’t neon!

Pigments are SO fun to work with and one of the easiest ways to create an ombre, too!

For this look, you’ll need:

• Builder gel/hard gel/gel manicure
• 240 grit buffer
• 2 colours of pigment
• Fluffy brush
• White tacky or white gel polish
• Topcoat
