For this look you’ll need:

  • Base coat
  • Gel polish in any colour
  • No wipe top coat
  • White gel polish or white tacky from Magpie Beauty
  • Ombre brush
  • pigments

Hi Elizabeth, thank you for watching, I am so pleased you enjoyed it, I have worked with a few different brands and have never had a problem doing this, but obviously, I haven’t worked with every single one so this may be an issue with some… I would say in that case, do: Basecoat, builder (optional*) colour layers cure (only need one if it’s pigmented enough and over a builder gel) then topcoat but buff with a super fine grit (240 would be perfect, anything that leaves scratches will allow the pigment to rest in those scratches so we want matte but totally smooth. Then White gel, cure, pigment, topcoat. I hope that helps and thank you for the question xxx
