Neon pops!

In this video, we do a ‘tribal’ kind of pattern but give it a pop of neon!!

For this look, you’ll need:

• Basecoat
• Builder gel/hard gel/gel manicure
• 240 grit buffer
• 2 colours of pigment
• Fluffy brush
• White tacky or white gel polish
• Topcoat
